
Nate: I'm back in the USA and just wanted to thank you for an outstanding fitness experience I would not have expected in Taipei. As you know, I had a little Pilates training in (some place), but I was uncertain about whether I could continue during a 60 day stay in Taipei.
What a great surprise to find you!
I really appreciate the way you focused on my herniated disc and taught me how to use Pilates
to strengthen the stabilizers and connectors that are key to strengthening my back while at the same time, building my core.
I wouldn't want to mention this to anyone in (some place), but for me, your approach, your detailed instruction, and the program you created for me were much better than my experience in the states.
You really know your stuff - and next time I'm in Taipei, I'll be back! Meanwhile, if I happen to meet anyone looking for training in Taipei, you can be sure I'll send them to Alignment Fitness!
